Back in 2015, Joanna decided to file a lawsuit against Brandi for both slander and emotional distress.
And in typical Brandi fashion, she didn’t stop there. Instead, she went on to say that Mohamed told her that Joanna’s vagina smells. Brandi then went on to say that fellow cast mate, Lisa Vanderpump, can confirm her story.
We have the video of the whole incident, if you want to check it out:
This episode was Joanna’s evidence as far as slander and emotional distress are concerned. However, Brandi’s has continued to toss shade at Krupa in multiple ways since then.
Either way, Krupa stated that Glanville crucially damaged her reputation, and has given her the image of someone that would go around sleeping with married men.
Krupa says that the comments, which led to damage of her reputation, has costed her work.
Now, this lawsuit has been ongoing for awhile, but things are starting to heat up a bit.
Brandi’s lawyers are saying that they want Joanna’s tax returns, so that way they can confirm if she’s telling the truth about not being able to find jobs since the whole slander incident.
Also, Brandi is arguing that Joanna was actually a California resident, and not a Miami resident when all of this went down, which means that she would have exceeded the statue of limitations.
Joanna is saying that she’s not going to hook Brandi up with her personal documents, because she just feels like it’s another way of Brandi continuing to harass her.
