The Real Housewives of New Jersey premiere date is set for July 10th, in which we’ll finally get to see the return of the girls from Jersey, and especially Teresa Giudice, whom most fans have been yearning for.
With that being said, the girls have been promoting the new season, and that was the case yesterday when Teresa Giudice and her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga showed up on Good Morning America.
The girls filmed a piece together, but then Teresa got a private interview, in which she opened up about the new season, Joe being in prison, how the girls are handling it, and whether or not Teresa thinks Joe will be deported after he serves his prison sentence.
In other words, the interview wasn’t the easiest, but Teresa knows that questions like this are going to be coming, especially with only 5 days left until the premiere of the new season of #RHONJ.
The good news is that Teresa is still in contact with Joe on a daily basis:
We e-mail every day. We talk every day and I see him every week.
Teresa then opened up about how her daughters are handling the whole situation with their father being behind bars:
You know, they miss their dad, of course, tremendously, just like I do. But you know they’re doing as well as could be expected. They’re amazing. They’re really strong young girls.
Teresa was then asked about the deportation issue, and she said that she’s remaining hopeful:
No, I think our future is not uncertain. He’s gonna be home. We’re gonna be together. Our family’s gonna be reunited again, and that’s what I’m looking forward to.
She then stated that her experience behind bars wasn’t completely horrible:
You do grow, and you learn from your experiences, and that’s obviously what happened to me.
Well, at least she’s in good spirits about the whole situation, and she’s not allowing the whole situation to tear her and her family apart.
Either way, it will be nice to see the whole Jersey gang back when the season 7 premiere episode hits on July 10th. We’ll be right in front of our TV; will you?
