We all knew that this was going to be a very emotional episode, as Andy Cohen himself stated that he’d watched the episode multiple times and it left him in tears every single time.
I think a lot of us Bravo fans were getting all choked up last night, and for damn good reason, as it was just a crazy dramatic episode.
If us Bravo fans, as well as Andy got emotional over the episode, you can only imagine how the stars themselves felt while rewatching some very dramatic moments in their life. This is especially true when talking about Teresa, who went on to explain exactly how she felt while watching the episode on her latest Bravo blog:
Watching this episode wasn’t easy. It made me cry. Seeing Joe and my daughters waiting for me while I drove home with Jim brought back a lot of tough memories. It was surreal to watch. I had waited for that moment for 11 and a half months and felt like it was a dream. I still do.
You can only imagine how Teresa feels, knowing that this was the moment she got to return home from her nightmare. Now, she has to accept the fact that Joe’s in that same place that she was in.
I have to admit I broke down when I watched Joe and the girls hug and kiss me when I walked through the door. It was such an emotional moment. One I will never forget.
I think a lot of us broke down when this moment aired. It was so heartwarming to see the family reunited once again.
It was also crazy to see how nervous and anxious Joe Gorga and Melissa Gorga were while they waited for Teresa to make it back home.
It also made me emotional to see how excited Joey and Melissa were for me to come home. Things with them are better than ever, I have to say, which makes me so happy. I feel like things are back to the way they were with them, thank God.
There you have it, Bravoholics. Teresa is back. The Real Housewives of New Jersey is back. It all still feels so crazy, knowing that we’ve been waiting this long for the return, and it’s finally here!
We’re glad you’re back home where you belong, Teresa!
