She has to renew her certificate, as she used to be an agent, before joining the show, but now she’s in the process of getting her cert renewed.
Apparently, she’s already passed two real estate exams, and she only has to pass one more before she’s back in the game.
All grammatical errors aside, is it just me, or is real estate the business that every reality star flocks to for their backup plan?
Maybe it’s because they think that their “celebrity,” will bring them a bit of notoriety and give them a leg up on the competition, or maybe it’s the easiest job to get that pays a decent amount of cash?
Still, real estate for celebrities is like photography to stay-at-home moms that think they can start their own business with a couple of Instagram filters at their disposal.
To be fair, coming into the show, Landon was a former real estate agent, and even mentioned her previous job on past episodes, saying that she was over the whole real estate thing, but it looks like she’s had a change of heart.
As we all know, Cameran Eubanks is a real estate agent, as well, and her journey in the field has already been covered on the show, so let’s hope Landon doesn’t get a hand-me-down storyline on the next season.
With Landon renewing her real estate license, could you imagine if this was just a way for her and Cameran to get their own spinoff show?
I don’t know about you, but it certainly wouldn’t surprise me if Bravo tested the waters with a spin-off show featuring Cameran and Landon trying to sell real estate in Charleston.
Bravo has had some major success with real estate shows in the past, so I could see it happening.
