Well, Real Housewives of New Jersey fans, the wait is finally over! Tonight, Teresa, Melissa, Dina and newbies Teresa (pronounced Tehhrehhhhhsssa so we can keep it straight), Nicole, and Amber will be bringing the Jersey drama back to Bravo for your viewing pleasure!
I’m sure you need no reminder but just in case, be sure to tune in TONIGHT at 8/7c to catch the RHONJ Season 6 Premiere!!
Season 6 is promising not to disappoint, and here’s why:
1) Teresa and Melissa aren’t feuding anymore. Let’s face it, we were all getting kind of sick of the same old family drama between the Giudices and Gorgas over the past few seasons. We saw them do some real work last season to try and get to a better place and it seems like finally maybe they’ve achieved a lasting peace. With plenty of newbies to fight with this season it was the perfect opportunity for Teresa and Melissa to team up for a common cause: showing the new girls who runs this show.
2) Speaking of the new girls… For those of you who might be lamenting the loss of Caroline, Jacqueline, and Kathy (although Kathy and Rosie will still be around as “friends”), I urge you to reserve judgement on the new cast just yet. From everything I’m hearing, the new girls will have no trouble holding their own. We will we be watching the first twin Housewives in franchise history–Nicole and Teresa are identical! In case you’re worried about telling them apart just watch the hair. Nicole’s is slightly lighter (but these are Housewives we’re talking about so hair color is certainly subject to change on a moment’s notice!) And, we’re watching out for Amber. It sounds like she’s been going head to head with the twins and stir things up with Melissa over drama from their past friendship. So, while she may be getting mostly negative attention, she’ll surely be keeping us on our toes. Can’t wait to meet these new girls and see what tricks they’ve got up their sleeves for us!
3) We’ll get an inside look at Teresa’s legal woes. After pleading guilty to 9 of 41 counts of fraud, Teresa and Joe’s sentencing was originally set for July 8 but was postponed due to Joe’s father’s recent passing. So, as yet, we still don’t know what consequences Teresa and Joe will be facing. Starting with the premiere this topic is at the forefront of this season’s story. From Teresa’s heartfelt interviews to heartbreaking tears from Gia, we’ll be seeing how the family is coping with this issue. Here’s a first look at where we’ll be picking up with the Giudices tonight:
What are you most excited for this season? Where will you be watching the premiere tonight?
