Even though Phaedra is an attorney, and you’d think the prenuptial agreement she had with Apollo would be air tight, that’s still not stopping him from fighting the agreement from his prison cell.
TMZ reports that the prenup was signed back in October of 2009, and that was before Phaedra had joined the cast of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Of course, joining the show definitely added to the couple’s bottom line, and Apollo is basically saying this life event should result in the prenup becoming null and void.
Apollo has filed papers saying that “their financial situation drastically changed for the better,” after signing up for RHOA, and he wants some of that money.
Now, you would think with Phaedra being an attorney that Apollo could shit in one hand while wishing in the other, but who knows anymore?
It’s obvious that Phaedra isn’t the brightest star in the sky, and the former couple is as shady as it gets together.
Still, a prenup is a prenup, and that’s what they’re put in place for.
After all, whats Apollo going to do if he gets more cash, anyways? Buy more Pop-Tarts in prison?
