The highly-anticipated news about Million Dollar Listing Season 3 arrived today! We got word last August that our favorite NYC real-estate wonder boys would be returning for a third season and, since then, it’s just been a question of when. Drumroll please…
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 2 @ 9pm ET/PT!
And, it sounds like we can expect over-the-top luxury, mind-blowing commissions and, of course, plenty of drama from returning superstar agents Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant. Here’s what Bravo has to say about Season 3:
Season three has it all, from break-ups to break-downs, ego trips to cross-country trips, and sellers acting like babies to the agents possibly having babies. The real estate is more luxurious than ever, with forty million dollar penthouses and building developments exceeding the $180 million dollar mark. The commissions are huge, and so is the drama. As Fredrik settles into married life, he has baby on the brain and takes a new approach to life by becoming more Zen, but that might not be so easy in the cut-throat world of high-end real estate. Ryan’s days of being single and lonely are a thing of the past as he welcomes a very special lady into his life, leaving him to balance his new relationship with his growing success. Luis is growing up both professionally and personally as he now works with Fredrik at Douglas Elliman and leaves the comfort of his shared apartment with his brother for a luxurious bachelor pad overlooking the city he hopes to dominate.
But, don’t take their word for it! Check out how Season 3 is about to go down:
Season two of “Million Dollar Listing New York” earned its highest-rated season averaging 1.4 million total viewers, up 23 percent from season one. With drama like what we’re seeing above, I’m sure Bravo is betting Season 3 will be able to continue the upward trend and help the Million Dollar Listing franchise continue to grow. Million Dollar Listing Miami is next but we’ve also heard rumors about Million Dollar Listing Dallas…more about that here.
So, will you be tuning in on April 2 @ 9pm?
