We all knew that the inevitable was going to happen and now, according to RadarOnline, it happened a little sooner than we all expected.
Dennis and her ex, Thomas Ravenel, have been battling out in court for awhile now over their two children they had together, Kensie, and St. Julien.
Now, it’s been revealed that she’s officially lost custody of kids, and Thomas has been granted full custody.
That being said, Kathryn is basically on a sliding scale right now as far as visitation with her children is concerned. If she’s a good girl, she’ll be able to have move visitation with her kids. If she’s bad, she’ll be punished with less visitation.
There are five phases that Kathryn must pass in order to have more time with her children.
The first phase, which Kathryn is currently in, began back in April when she had to take a hair follicle test. Her visitation is to be monitored by her own mother, or her aunt. She gets the kids every other weekend. During this time, she’ll be given six drug tests, which she’ll have to pass if she wants to move onto phase 2.
During this phase, Kathryn will get the kids every other weekend, but she’ll get some unsupervised time with the children on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This phase will last for two months and she has to pass her drug tests to move onto the next stage.
And so on and on and on and on…
As you can see, these phases basically build onto each other, until she hits the ultimate goal, which is phase five. At this phase, she’ll get more unsupervised time and be allowed to have a full week with her kids, rather than just a weekend.
So, basically, she’s being guided like a toddler to full on parenthood by the courts.
