Jules Wainstein may be the newest member of The Real Housewives of New York City, but she’s already knee deep in the drama, and this is especially true when it comes to her personal life, and the impending divorce from her ex-husband, Michael.
Jules decided to open about about the heartbreak of divorce, and while it may be tough, she feels like she has the “strength to get through anything.”
Being raised in an unconditionally loving environment as given me the ground and the strength to get through anything… even the heartbreak of divorce.
My heart breaks all over again watching the show now and listening to Jagger crying on the phone. I tried to brush it off in front of my parents, because I didn’t want them to be concerned, especially with my dad having just recently returned home from the hospital, but I broke down from the minute I was alone.
Bravoholics knew that things were falling apart in the Wainstein household, as there were just so many signs that things were’t right, but the time that Michael didn’t come home after the big Miami trip, and the kids were left in care of a nanny, you knew things were truly bad.
Jagger, 5, talked to Jules on the phone, begging for his father to come home:
Mom, can you call daddy and tell him to come home?
The phone call never made it to air, but it happened. Jules told her son that daddy would be home soon.
Michael officially filed for divorce on July 15th, and that’s when it all came out about his new woman, Elyse Bensusan.
Either way you cut it, the kids are the true victims here, and the transcript of the phone call is just heartbreaking.
