As we announced earlier today, The Real Housewives of New York City star, Jules Wainstein, has to go to court today, as her divorce from her estranged husband, Michael Wainstein is currently underway.
Jules is currently battling it out in court with her soon-to-be ex-husband, as he’s seeking full custody of their two children.
An eyewitness source has come forward and said that Jules looked “very upset,” and that she was standing in the corner of the room with her lawyers, away from everyone else.
Jules was able to maintain her composure during the hearing, but she wanted absolutely nothing to do with her husband:
She wasn’t crying. They both looked upset. They avoided eye contact ever since he entered the room.
Jules’ attorney has made a request that the hearing should not be open to the public, because the case involves their children, which are minors.
Wanting to keep his children out of the spotlight, it comes as absolutely no surprise that Michael’s attorney agreed.
It’s also no surprise that both Jules and Michael have requested a gag order, so that neither of them are allowed to discuss the case with the media, or with third parties.
… And that’s probably why Jules won’t be on The Real Housewives of New York City season 9 — no storyline.
