There were no arrests made, but the NYPD has commented on the situation, saying that a restraining order may be recommended:
Officers received a call at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday morning of a disturbance. When officers showed up they spoke to both parties and advised for each, if they felt threatened by the other, to file a restraining order.
The NYPD wouldn’t go into more detail, other than that they received a disturbance call, and that’s how it will appear in the books.
So, taking the advice of the NYPD, a source has confirmed that Jules decided to get herself a restraining against Michael:
[She] was granted a temporary restraining order. She is a great mom who is just focused on her kids right now. [Jules is] trying take the high road.
Things are getting very sloppy for this couple, Bravoholics.
As we announced earlier, Michael is having his lawyer draft up some papers, as he plans on trying to get full custody of his kids.
Also, this isn’t the first time Jules has had to call the cops on Michael, as she had to call them back in June for “feeling threatened.”
In addition to all of this, Michael is splitting time between living with Jules and their children, between living with his mistress in a place that they recently got together.
This is a bad, bad situation, and we can only hope that the kids make it through without any serious implications.
