Caroline Manzo is opening up about her weight gain, after she injured her foot and had to take six months off in order for it to heal.
Unfortunately for Caroline, since she was so inactive while waiting for her foot to get better, she gained 30lbs.
Now that her foot is nearly 100%, she’s decided that it’s time to get her weight gain under control.
Caroline took to her Instagram page to share a picture she snapped while she was at the gym with her trainer, stating that she’s absolutely determined to take care of herself, and drop the excess weight:
I’ve gained nearly 30 pounds in the last 6 months due to my foot injury. Foot is almost healed, and now I have to take care of me. This is the guy that’s going to make it happen – I’m on day #2 with the help of @rodrickcovington. As Roderick says ‘it’s the first day of the rest of your life’. I’m all in, let the journey begin.
If you thought she was going to stop there, you’d be wrong!
She also posted a picture of her pool, with the following caption:

It sounds like Caroline means business, and we totally support her! You get it, girl!
It’s awesome to see someone like Caroline inviting us along to take part in her little fitness journey. Most people won’t open up about their weight gain, or even how they’d like to drop some weight.
Caroline, on the other hand, is taking life by the horns, and she’s inviting all of us along on her fitness journey.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Caroline kick some butt as far as losing weight is concerned, so I’m sure she won’t have a problem doing it again.
